Using Tonify
Tonify provides tone-aware translation services for personal and professional communication. By using Tonify you agree to use it lawfully and not to submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
Free plan limits
The free plan allows up to 350 words per day. This limit resets at midnight UTC. Attempting to circumvent usage limits through automated means or multiple accounts is prohibited.
Credits and payments
Word credits are non-refundable once purchased. Credits do not expire. Pro plan subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and will not renew after cancellation. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Translation accuracy
Tonify is designed for communication purposes such as emails, messages, and content. It is not a certified translation service. Do not use Tonify as the sole basis for certified legal, medical, or official document translation. We make no guarantee of accuracy for those purposes.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of any text you submit. Tonify does not claim rights over your content. The Tonify product, brand, and codebase are owned by Tonify and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability
Tonify is provided as-is. We are not liable for any damages arising from translation errors, service interruptions, or reliance on translated content for critical decisions.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of Tonify after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
